“I have been thinking of doing some further studies for the past few years, and this is the main reason I decided to take an EMBA program. I chose the Kellogg-HKUST Program because this program provides invaluable opportunities where we learn from world class faculty, from both Kellogg and HKUST, study with elite executives from around the world, build international networks, and because I’ll be able to attend classes on the weekend while holding my current position. A broader global study opportunity in 7 campuses is also a unique advantage that only Kellogg-HKUST can provide to students.”

“Being a successful business executive is challenging. It’s even harder to find a true leader in top management. I hardly see female leaders in the market across industries. In the education industry, there are relatively more female professionals working than in any other industries, however, unfortunately, very few of them reach top management positions. I’d like to become a successful female executive who influences employees with excellent leadership and respect, and who reaches out to young professionals with social influence. I believe the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program will be a bridge-builder to achieve my goals and a new journey has already begun with the Women Scholarship.”
